Your association management system (AMS) is one of the most important tools you have to record, track, and serve customers. Yet, it's only one of many touchpoints your association has to keep customers engaged. By understanding all of the touchpoints and how they intersect, we can design customer experiences that engage and convert. In this session, learn how one association combined its netFORUM data with data from other sources – such as its website and email marketing system – to visualize, analyze, and influence customer journeys.
